movieoftheday: Max: “Sic transit Gloria… Glory fades.” Rushmore, 1998  Have I ever mentioned that Rushmore is my favorite Wes Anderson movie? With Royal Tennebaums and Life Aquatic as the top three. I forgot to mention that I am getting this tattooed on me. I thought it was appropriate to have the real saying, “Sic transit gloria mundi” which is Latin for “Thus passes the glory of the world” because Max saved Latin but I haven’t decided.

 Have I ever mentioned that Rushmore is my favorite Wes Anderson movie? With Royal Tennebaums and Life Aquatic as the top three.

I forgot to mention that I am getting this tattooed on me. I thought it was appropriate to have the real saying, “Sic transit gloria mundi” which is Latin for “Thus passes the glory of the world” because Max saved Latin but I haven’t decided.
